SharePoint - Assign a Task

Organization, communication and clarity. The 3 essential elements to work effectively in a team environment. If I am a team leader and not keeping organized work space (literally and metaphorically), then I will not get an idea of what is happening. I will always be scattered and struggling. If I do keep a clear line of communication with members of my team there will be no confusion in many, if not talk to very clear instructions that I can expect to have a lot of challenges.

So how to assign a task to a team member?
Surprisingly, SP has made this a very simple routine. Three of my favorite tools in the service of SP is the "Tasks" Web Parts. This feature allows you to assign tasks to different team members. Provides a striped format so you can be as clear as possible in their allocation.
1. First, you will access your account from SP. For this operation not want to have administrator rights.
2. Twice he has accessed your account SharePoint, scroll down to the Internet entitled "Tasks".
3. Twice to select the "Tasks" tab, you will be taken to a page that displays the current tasks in the file. If there are tasks to be told. To add a new task that will need to select the tab that says "New" to be displayed in the middle left of the page. Then select "New game".
4. The next page is the page that generated the task.
As always, I'll break this into a numbered step format to make this as simple as possible.
Now, you can create the task!
