SharePoint support

Many small and medium businesses are under pressure to support a package of increasingly sophisticated technology to allow for greater employee productivity. However, many IT support organizations do not have the internal expertise or the availability of resources to meet either explicitly or, more frequently, the service level agreements implicit demands of organization. As a result, groups are forced to take more often reactive and just in time "approach to ensure their SharePoint environment works as expected. Unfortunately, the reactive approach towards managing system usually takes more unplanned downtime, severe resource constraints during critical periods and a reduction in time, these groups have to focus on higher value tasks.

This service provides a level of knowledge powerful 2 and 3 support engineers from inside or outside face of SharePoint. We rely on our internal staff "in the" consultants to help groups resolve the end user or IT staff reported problems with his farm. Proactive SharePoint Service Pack and Hotfix Management

However, the critical hot fixes are released more frequently, often monthly or bimonthly. Many issues of organizations struggle to resolve listed neither in a service pack or patch that has not yet been installed or that the groups did not even know exist. Council will monitor the release of these patches and ensure the timely installation through a coordinated effort with the staff.
